Creswick Neighbourhood Centre

Creswick Neighbourhood Centre has been established for over thirty years.

Neighbourhood Centre In February 1979 classes started in the current location. The Centre is the ex-Parsonage of the old Methodist Church which was pulled down in 1985. The Department of Education purchased the buildings in 1978.

It has been a long hard struggle to make the Centre what it is today and through further dedication and support from the community the centre can only grow.

The Centre is wheelchair friendly making access for everyone easier. We also have improved heating and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in which to study, learn and share.

Visit our website to view our full term program of courses, workshops and activities. Let us know if you would like to take or teach a class that isn’t currently on offer and if you see something that takes your interest let us know we are happy to remind you closer to the day. Computers and public internet access is available free of charge every week day during opening hours.

Creswick Market operates out of the Centre Hall every third Saturday of the month, buskers and new stall holders are always welcome and we’d love to see you there.

Creswick Neighbourhood Centre is proudly managed by a local voluntary Committee of Management. If you are interested in sharing your skills and experience by joining our Committee or one of the many volunteer opportunities at Centre we would love to hear from you.

Office hours are Monday to Friday from 10am until 3pm however many courses and activities happen outside of those hours.
